Counter Notices
If you have posted material that you believe was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under Sections 512(g)(2) and 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. Upon receiving the counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may reinstate the removed content after a waiting period of 10-14 days, unless we receive notice from the copyright claimant that they have filed a legal action.
To submit a counter-notice, provide the following information:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address (if available).
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district or any judicial district in which we may be found, and agreeing to accept service of process from the complaining party.

Notification of Trademark Infringement
If you believe your trademark is being used in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following details:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorized to act on your behalf.
- Information allowing us to contact you, including name, address, phone number, and email address (if available).
- Identification of the trademark(s) alleged to have been infringed, including:
- For registered trademarks, a copy of each relevant federal trademark registration certificate.
- For common law or other trademarks, evidence demonstrating your claimed rights, including the nature of use, the time period, and the geographic area in which you have used the trademark.
- Information sufficient to allow us to identify the challenged use.

Notification of Other Intellectual Property (IP) Infringement
If you believe that any other intellectual property right of yours has been infringed by a user, please send the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of an authorized person.
- Information allowing us to contact you, including name, address, phone number, and email address (if available).
- Identification of the IP allegedly infringed, including a full description of the nature of the IP and documentation proving ownership.
- Information allowing us to identify the use being challenged.
- A statement that you have not authorized the use and that you believe it is not authorized by law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on behalf of the IP owner.
Upon receipt of your notice, our Designated Copyright Agent will determine the appropriate action, including removal of the content in question.
No Obligation to Adjudicate IP Claims – Hold Harmless Clause
We are not an intellectual property tribunal. While we may use the information provided in response to claims of infringement, we are not responsible for determining the merits of such claims. If a user responds to an infringement claim and assures us that their content is non-infringing, the user agrees to defend and hold us harmless from any resulting legal actions if we choose to restore or maintain the content.
